Distinguished Advisory Board

  The Advisory Board to the National Credentialing Academy consists of distinguished professionals in the field of marriage and family therapy and managed health care. Members include practitioners, educators and managed health care professionals knowledgeable in standards considered necessary to assure quality in the delivery of family therapy by professionals seeking the title of Certified Family Therapist (CFT). Board members are licensed by their respective states and/or certified by various professional bodies. Examples of licensure include: licensed psychologist, licensed professional counselors, licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed social workers. The quality of the NACFT Board membership assures high quality standards for Certified Family Therapists (CFT) and future recognition of the CFT title.
